Our Customer : My Commitment
We are pleased to announce that our Customer Problem Resolution (CPR) program has been successfully in operation for over a year now because Dorfman Pacific is committed to keeping this promise:
We promise our customers that when they bring us a question or a problem we will provide them with a “live” answer or resolution to that question or problem within the same business day it was presented to us.
When you, our customer, calls in with a question or a problem, whoever takes your call is responsible for acquiring the answer or resolution and personally following-up to provide that resolution to you the same day.
What does “Same Day” really mean? Same day means by close of business ‘your’ time on the same day the call was taken. If it is the end of our scheduled day and the problem is not resolved or we cannot reach you then we must see your manager for instructions. We may not leave a problem unresolved.
CPR has become a part of our everyday level of customer service. We believe that CPR, along with our other customer service efforts, can be summed up in one meaningful phrase: “Our customer is my commitment”
